2007 San Diego Regional Partnership Goals
- Identify the critical regional indicators and metrics of sustainability in San Diego
- Increase Partnership signatories from 35 to 40
- Host/have four education workshops/working meetings
- Create website to have information exchange and sharing best practices
- Assist fifteen individual organization's sustainability efforts
- Conduct a log contest for community involvement
- Conduct a joint workshop between K-12 and college students
2008 and Beyond Partnership Goals
- Develop website into the clearinghouse for all regional sustainability activities and programs
- Publish an objective framework and set of regional sustainability metrics and indicators.
- Develop and provide programs and services which drive the above metrics
- Ensure organizational sustainability by creating a financial plan including a 501c.3 strategy
- Additional objectives to be defined with Partnership at October 5 meeting
